2020 hopeful Sen. Cory Booker is getting raked over the coals by National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow.

Kudlow came down on Booker for comments he made on CNN’s “State of the Union.” During that interview Booker outrageously declared that it was former President Obama that deserved credit for the booming economy.

“I love that Trump is taking credit for a recovery that started under Obama,” Booker told Jake Tapper.

This ridiculous claim has Kudlow riled up but he shared on Fox News’ “America’s News Headquarters” that he’s “just gonna use the darn facts” to shut Booker up.

“On the wage front, [average hourly earnings are] rising 3.2 percent overall,” Kudlow said. “The bottom [poorest] quarter [of workers], 4.4 percent wage increase, the top quarter, 3.5 percent [increase].

“First of all, both are good, and a rising tide is lifting all boats,” he continued. “But the point I’m making is it’s the blue-collar people that have the fastest job expansion, and it’s the blue-collar people that have had the best wage growth.”

Booker never offered any reasoning to his claims which is justifiable as Kudlow points out Booker’s remarks are “simply not true factually.”
