One State Set to STRIKE DOWN All Federal Gun Control Laws

Republicans in one state are making a heroic stand against oppression by proposing a bill that would negate all Federal gun laws and regulations.

Lawmakers in Missouri have decided to fight for freedom and liberty by pushing Bill SB367 and House Bill HB786 which if passed would prohibit all state agencies in their entirety from enforcing any federal law that would violate the 2nd Amendment in any way. This sweeping bill also applies to gun registrations, fees, fines, licenses and bans.

“All federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules, and regulations, whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the United States I and Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in this state, shall not be recognized by this state, shall be specifically rejected by this state, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this state.” the bill states.

The bill doesn’t leave room for questions either, it fully details what federal laws will be “considered null and void and of no effect,” making sure that the law doesn’t allow loopholes to be exploited.

If that isn’t clear enough, the legislation even states that any federal agent that violates the bill can face criminal charges from the state.

This is ground breaking legislation that could shake up the whole of the nation. If successful the bill could possibly be adopted by other states making a clear distinction for those who want to live free and protected by their own power versus those who don’t mind giving up their freedoms for a false sense of security.
